Will Weber, Co-Founder and Chair of the Board
Will has a Ph.D. in Natural Resources from the University of
Michigan. He was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal as a science
teacher and conservation education specialist. He has also served
a Peace Corp training director. He has taught environmental
policy related courses at the University of Michigan and other
institutions. He has served as a ecotourism development consultant
for the US/AID and Department of State. He is a professional
member of the International Ecotourism Society. Will is currently
the director of JOURNEYS International, Inc. In this capacity
he travels extensively to remote areas of Asia, Africa and Latin
America. He is also a member of the board of directors of the
Hawk Migration Association of North America.

Joan Weber, Co-Founder and Vice-Chair of the Board
Joan has a PH.D. in psychology and education from the University
of Michigan. She is also certified teacher and currently is
active in home schooling her son. She has written on cross-cultural
issues, taught English as a second language in Nepal and worked
with women's support projects in various countries. She is also
the co-founder of JOURNEYS International, Inc and has traveled
in most of the countries where the EPF has had projects.

Brad Cross, Board Member
Brad Cross has an M.S. in Wildland Management and a B.S. in
Forestry/National Park Planning and Management from the University
of Michigan. For his Masters thesis he developed a model
for private ecodevelopment reserves, as a component in a wildland
management system. He served three years as a Peace Corps Volunteers
in the National Parks Program in Colombia. He spent one year
researching national park systems management through South America
and five years consulting in Central and South America on Wildland
Management and planning with USAID, the World Wildlife Fund,
Peace Corps, International Union for Conservation and Nature,
and the IUCN Commission on National Parks. Brad is currently
the President of Harmony Hollow Bell Works, a privately held
company specializing in original design, durable garden accents.
Brad was also a founding board member upon incorporation in
1979.
